To provide quality customer service by directing and supervising all functions and activities of Meat Department personnel to achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department. To maintain and operate the Meat Department in an efficient manner within store policies. $25/hour. Friendly. Strong leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter ability. Math skills necessary to supervise and handle department operations. Performs duties in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures that all department personnel are trained in the store's method of performing department activities. Greets customers and provides them with prompt and courteous service and assistance as needed.
