As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our apartment communities. You'll work closely with your team to ensure the properties are welcoming, well-kept, and ready for new residents. What You'll Do As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Mowing, edging, weed removal, and shrub trimming to keep landscaping pristine Assisting with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal Sweeping, cleaning, and disinfecting vacant units to prepare them for new residents Supporting apartment "muck outs" and helping prepare units for turnover Painting apartments and touch-ups in common areas as needed What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the day Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful but not required) Why Join Us in Roseburg?
