What You’ll Do: Greet every Guest like they’re part of the family Know our menu (and seasonal specials) inside and out Take orders with accuracy and care Make thoughtful recommendations and handle special requests Deliver food and drinks promptly — hot food hot, cold food cold! Check in regularly and make sure every Guest is truly delighted Keep your section clean, organized, and Guest-ready at all times Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and take care of Guests What You Bring: At least one year of serving or front-of-house experience preferred Friendly, team-first attitude and strong communication skills Ability to stay upbeat and focused in a fast-paced environment Oregon Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to get them) Must be able to stand, move, and carry trays (up to 40 lbs) for extended periods Our busiest times are weekends, so weekend availability is a must.
