Hiring: Experienced HVAC Service Technician (Licensed)

Location: Greater Boston / Waltham, MA Area

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you a skilled HVAC Technician tired of being treating like a number? Join a team that respects your expertise, pays you what you’re worth, and keeps your schedule stable year-round. We are looking for a licensed professional to service residential and commercial systems in the MetroWest area.

Signing bonus: Fifty percent after 6 months if performance standards remain high. Fifty percent after 1 year if performance standards remain high.

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration and/or Sheet Metal License (Journeyman or Master).
3+ years of field experience in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
