As calls and emails come in, you'll assess each inquiry and route calls/messages to the correct team, department, or individual.Working in Salesforce, you'll update customer account information, log the correct information for new clients, and maintain organized records. You'll also search through account histories when appropriate to help with routing decisions and respond to basic requests.
