Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop operations while ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, productivity, and company standards.
• Remain calm and make sound decisions during stressful or high-pressure situations.
• Effectively multitask by managing technicians, service advisors, customers, scheduling, and workflow simultaneously.
• Set clear expectations and motivate the team to achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, gross profit, average repair order (ARO), labor hours, and close ratio.
• Drive revenue by encouraging proper vehicle inspections, maintenance recommendations, and exceptional customer communication.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the company's reputation.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational processes.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
