IT Analyst

IT Analyst PositionNV5 is seeking a full-time IT Analyst to support our Cary, NC office. This role provides frontline technical support and assistance to end users and IT operations. Key responsibilities include:Deliver hands-on hardware and software support to end usersSupport and maintain office telecommunications systemsProvide technical support for office hardware, including printers and plottersAccurately document, track, and resolve IT support requestsPerform hardware and software installations and upgrades (e.g., RAM, hard drives, video cards)Execute new hire and termination IT processes, including creating and removing user, phone, and voicemail accounts, and setting up or retrieving computer systemsManage moves, adds, and changes involving hardware, software, cabling, and telephone/voicemail systemsBuild, configure, and deploy end-user computersAssist senior IT staff with projects and tasks as assignedTravel locally between offices as required**Please note, this is not a remote position.• College or technical school education in an IT-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or help desk environmentThe characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
