Endocrinologist

Position Overview Boston Medical Center – Brighton, a member of the BMC Health System, is seeking a full‑time Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing practice. The role requires a motivated clinician with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. You will work closely with two other staff Endocrinologists, two advanced practice providers, two certified diabetes educators, and a pharmacist team to provide comprehensive endocrine care. Academic Engagement Teach residents and medical students. Support for faculty appointment applications. Mentorship and academic resources for research or quality improvement. Strong clinical and academic ties to the Section of Endocrinology at BMC Main Campus. Responsibilities Provide outpatient endocrine care at the BMC Brighton practice. Provide inpatient endocrine consult coverage at BMC Brighton. Collaborate with referring providers, on‑site pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for endocrine disorders. Familiarity with emerging diabetes technologies and their utilities is highly valued. Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, internal medicine residents, and advanced practice providers. Participate in quality improvement, clinical operations, and program development initiatives within the endocrine section. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Endocrinology fellowship. Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
