Intermountain is expanding and we’re hiring! We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, purpose-driven, and dedicated person to join our team as our Chaplain and Community Outreach . To be successful in this role, you will:

• Lead spiritual care and faith-based programming that supports the individual beliefs, values, and treatment goals of children and families
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, faith, communities, and community partner to support engagement and connection
• Facilitate chapel services, devotionals, cultural celebrations, and other activities that promote spiritual growth, resilience, and belonging
• Collaborate with treatment teams and organizational leaders to integrate spiritual care into a holistic, relationship-based approach to healing.

Qualifications :

Required

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Christian education or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in children's ministry or pastoral care
• 19 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a Background check prior to start date
