JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Entertainment is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Development Associate to join our Studio Unscripted team. The Creative Development Associate will play a key part in generating, shaping, and presenting compelling content ideas from concept through pitch. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and produce high-quality pitch decks that clearly communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners Generate, write, and refine original unscripted series ideas across a variety of formats and platforms Collaborate with creative teams to package ideas into polished, market-ready presentations Ensure all materials are visually cohesive, well-structured, and aligned with brand standards Support the development process by researching trends, formats, and talent in the unscripted space Create and edit short-form content to help bring concepts to life, including shooting on mobile devices and editing on accessible platforms (e.g., phone or laptop-based tools) Provide admin support as needed to the EVP, Unscripted – Studio WHAT YOU WILL NEED 3+ years of proven experience creating compelling pitch decks and presentation materials Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and concepts Excellent formatting and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and design Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content, particularly using mobile or lightweight production setups Passion for unscripted content and a strong understanding of current trends in the space We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-85,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
