We are currently hiring for experienced FT crew members with open availability. The Bol Place is Role Overview As a Crew Member, you are the face of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality, nutritious protein bowls while providing a high-energy, welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness, food safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service are top priorities. Key Responsibilities Food Assembly: Build protein bowls according to exact specifications and portion controls. Food Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about menu and ingredients. Be aware of food allergens. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service accuracy & speed, and product quality. Preparation: Assist with light food prep (e.g., washing produce, portioning proteins) and prepare food and beverages per the establishment’s standards and recipes while adhering to food safety standards. Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace, including dining areas, service area, and the kitchen. Stocking: Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put deliveries and supplies in proper areas. Compliance: Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience working in quick service restaurant preferred. Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays. Be able to stand for long periods of time. Works well in a team environment.
