Director of Programs — Trauma-Informed Shelter Leadership

Shelter House

Shelter House is seeking a Director of Programs to provide strategic leadership for the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter, an emergency shelter serving families with minor children. You will oversee program operations, staff, data, and budgets to ensure high-quality, housing-focused services. The role reports to the Senior Director of Homeless Services - Fairfax and requires collaboration across departments to meet funding requirements and organizational goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shelter House
