Inventory Control Coordinator

Our client, Biotechnology / Medical Products Distribution industry is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: First Shift (United States of America)

What's the Job?

• Support warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and outbound shipping of temperature-controlled medical products

• Verify quantities, lot numbers, and documentation for incoming materials

• Perform system transactions for receipts and put-away processes

• Assist with cycle counts, location audits, and inventory reconciliation

• Handle temperature-sensitive and regulated materials in cold rooms and freezers

What's Needed?

• Warehouse or material handling experience

• Ability to work in cold storage environments

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow SOPs

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
