Pay Estimated: $49.94-$54.94/Hour Top Secret Clearance Make the world’s most advanced SDA O&I/GMI even smarter by supporting the SDA team as a PWSA Enterprise Level Engineer. The Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program is part of the PWSA program. It continues the Ground Segment work underway on the Tranche 1 (T1) Operations and Integration (O&I) program. Responsibilities As a Software Tester for the SDA GMI program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ground operational systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and ensure our software meets the highest standards. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field. 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Solid knowledge in the use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages Openly proposes ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions Preferred Experience Testing and Quality Assurance Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies Strong understanding of test case design, test execution, and defect management Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) Programming and Scripting Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) DevOps and Continuous Integration Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar Security Testing Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools Familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment Tools Test Management and Automation Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, SoapUI Jenkins, GitLab CI Version Control and Collaboration Git, Jira, Confluence Security Testing OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite Monitoring and Logging Splunk This position can be fully on-site, OR Hybrid.
