Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient to understand their physical capabilities and limitations, ensuring personalized treatment approaches. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment. Monitor patient progress closely, documenting treatment sessions, responses, and the attainment of therapeutic goals to inform adjustments to treatment strategies. Provide education and training for patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assisted devices, and techniques to promote recovery and self-care. Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, obtaining additional certifications, and participating in relevant conferences. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient demographic spans children and adults dealing with various injuries, surgical recoveries, or chronic conditions. The physical therapist will play a vital role in guiding these individuals through their unique rehabilitation journeys, focusing on improving their mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing their quality of life. Strong interpersonal skills will be crucial for building trust and motivating patients towards their recovery goals. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey treatment plans and educate patients. Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems. Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Experience At least two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting is required. Experience with a wide range of rehabilitation techniques and modalities. Compensation and Benefits Quantrics Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
