Inpatient Clinical Dietitian - MNT & Nutrition Support

Advocate Health Care invites a Clinical Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy across inpatient and outpatient populations, adjusting plans to patient status and laboratory data. You will document care in the EMR and coordinate with the PICS/pharmacy teams for parenteral nutrition needs.
