This role bridges sourcing excellence with business development, requiring an experienced professional who can independently manage complex opportunities, lead cross-functional collaboration, and mentor team members while demonstrating executive presence and advanced negotiation skillsKey ResponsibilitiesSolution DevelopmentLead sourcing strategy for complex, high-value pursuits including new business, expansions, and renewalsDevelop competitive go-to-market solutions that address sophisticated client requirementsTranslate client objectives into actionable sourcing strategies aligned with JLL's commitmentsConduct market intelligence analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning opportunitiesAct as Global Pursuit lead on multi-region client opportunities, coordinating sourcing activities across multiple geographic marketsSupplier Strategy & RFx LeadershipBuild strategic relationships with key suppliers across multiple service categories and geographiesDesign and lead sophisticated RFP/RFI/RFQ processes with complex evaluation criteriaManage multi-supplier competitive processes under tight timelinesNegotiate pricing structures and partnership frameworks optimizing client and JLL valueFinancial Analysis & Pricing StrategyCreate compelling business cases articulating measurable value propositions and ROILead financial modeling and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysisDevelop competitive pricing strategies balancing profitability and riskValidate savings methodologies ensuring credibility of financial commitmentsExecutive Engagement & Proposal DevelopmentCollaborate with Sales, Account Directors, and Pricing leadership on pursuit strategiesParticipate in executive-level client meetings and negotiationsDevelop sophisticated sourcing content for proposals and presentationsLead proposal quality reviews as sourcing subject matter expertPerformance ExcellenceMentor Sourcing Specialists on pursuit support and skill developmentSupport continuous improvement in pursuit processes, tools, and methodologiesUtilize sourcing playbooks and knowledge repositoriesRequired QualificationsExperience5-8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with pursuit/sales support successExperience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or integrated facility servicesProven track record winning competitive bids through strategic sourcingExpertise in third-party service categories (cleaning, security, HVAC, landscaping, technical services)Success managing sophisticated RFx processes and negotiating competitive termsSkillsStrategic mindset translating business objectives into sourcing strategiesCritical thinking to evaluate scenarios and recommend solutions under uncertaintyExceptional communication skills with ability to influence at executive levelsExecutive presence for client-facing meetings and presentationsEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or related fieldProfessional certifications: CPSM, CPM, or equivalentMBA or MS preferredThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
