Shipping Clerk
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight companies.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Inspect outgoing orders to ensure proper packaging and quality.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, customer service, and carriers to resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures is a plus, but not required.
