Nursing Supervisor - Intensive Care and Med/Surg Units
This is a contract position with a duration of approximately 13 weeks.
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
The Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment, coordinating total patient care for patients ranging from Intensive Care to Med/Surg units. The role involves leading and directing interdisciplinary care teams and requires the ability to float between units as requested.
Supervise and coordinate nursing care across various patient care levels.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Lead interdisciplinary care teams by providing guidance and direction.
Float to different units as needed, based on patient care demands.
Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience (required).
Current license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT.
Two supervisory references from past 12 months of employment.
This position requires Monday night call and rotating call every 3rd to 4th weekend.
