We're rapidly expanding across Michigan and Ohio and are looking for high-performing, people-first leaders to support store operations and develop future talent.As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive business results while building a strong team culture and delivering an Unrivaled Guest Experience.Role OverviewFull-time leadership role with training and supportFast-paced, guest-focused environmentHands-on business and team development experiencePerformance-based raises and advancement considerationFlexible scheduling with weekend availability requiredWhat You'll Do:Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performanceSupport a culture of hospitality, development, and accountabilityTrain, coach, and retain a high-performing teamLead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standardsManage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting toolsAddress guest concerns and team challenges with professionalismFoster local brand presence and store community engagementUphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance proceduresRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferredProven ability to coach, develop, and lead othersComfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reportingStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsAble to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekendsPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWilling to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a part-time or full-time position.
