Strategic Benefits Manager - Enrollment & Compliance Lead

Moon Valley Nursery Inc is looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee and enhance our employee benefits programs. This role includes managing all aspects of benefits administration, compliance, and employee communication regarding benefits options. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
