Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on improving communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Educate patients and their families to aid progress beyond the clinical environment.

Support inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when necessary, ensuring seamless care throughout the patient's journey.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records according to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Pursue continuous professional development through ongoing education and peer interactions.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
