Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a 40-hour Peer Support Specialist for the Crisis Department. The role works with a licensed clinician to assist individuals experiencing mental health or substance use concerns, following best practices in crisis intervention. You will engage in mobile crisis response, develop short-term safety plans, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
