In this role, you’ll combine efficiency with care, delivering exceptional service that reflects Loews Hotels’ commitment to comfort and quality.**Who You Are**:* **Guest-Centered Professional**: You thrive on making guests feel valued and comfortable, anticipating needs before they arise.* **Precision-Focused Professional**: You take pride in accuracy and consistency, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional guest experience.* **Reliable and Proactive**: You take initiative, stay organized, and consistently deliver on expectations.* **Team-Oriented Collaborator**: You work well with others, supporting your team to achieve shared goals.* **Positive and Adaptable**: You maintain a friendly attitude and adjust seamlessly to changing priorities.* Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.**What You’ll Do**:* Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.* Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.* Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.* Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.* Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.* Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.* Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.* Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.* Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.* Regular attendance in conformance with standards.* May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.* Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Your Qualifications Include**:* High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.* Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.* Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.* Basic English skills preferred.* Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.* Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
