Sales Support Lead

DO Supply is a global supplier of industrial automation equipment, helping customers keep their operations running through high-quality products and exceptional service. We are seeking a Sales Support Lead to help drive customer satisfaction, support revenue growth, and provide leadership within our sales support function.

This role is responsible for supporting customers through quoting, order processing, and issue resolution while serving as a key resource for the sales team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and experienced in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quotes to customers through phone conversations and email correspondence
• Generate, process, and oversee customer sales orders
• Enter and manage intercompany orders accurately and efficiently
• Support customers by answering inbound calls and resolving inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with sales team members and management to address customer needs
• Input customer information and complete vendor documentation as required
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment
• Assist in resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Support process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Serve as a resource and leader within the sales support team
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, purchasing, or related business functions
• Strong customer service orientation
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Ability to learn and utilize internal software systems with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Honest, dependable, and accountable

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four years of professional experience in inside sales, customer service, purchasing, or a related corporate environment

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a flexible one-hour lunch break. Employees must maintain reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
