We are seeking an eager and highly technical Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive the integration and validation of our GB3600 AI servers. You will be the primary technical interface for our enterprise and datacenter customers, guiding them through system bring-up, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure seamless AI cluster deployments.

We are seeking an eager and highly technical Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive the integration and validation of our GB3600 AI servers. You will be the primary technical interface for our enterprise and datacenter customers, guiding them through system bring-up, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure seamless AI cluster deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist customers with GB3600 system bring-up, BIOS/BMC configuration, and hardware validation in datacenter environments.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze server workloads, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hardware/software configurations for maximum AI/ML compute efficiency.
- Customer Enablement: Deliver technical training, documentation, and on-site or remote debug assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Liaison: Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with internal hardware and software engineering teams to drive product improvements.
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in system design, board bring-up, or technical customer support.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux, Python scripting, and datacenter hardware architectures (specifically GPUs, NVLink, and PCIe scaling).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area for frequent travel to regional datacenters.
- Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 annually (dependent on exact experience and skill set).
