As a dedicated Special Education Teacher, you’ll make a meaningful difference during the academic year from August 13, 2026, through June 9, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active California mild/moderate teaching credentials (required)
• Proven experience teaching in a special education setting, preferably 2nd or 3rd grade ESN
• In-depth understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning needs
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students in a 2nd/3rd grade ESN setting
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual abilities
• Manage IEP processes including meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with support staff, school professionals, and families for student success
