Telemetry Technician

Telemetry technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA. Positions available are Per diem and will work 8-hour Variable shifts. The Unit Secretary/Telemetry Technician's function is to perform the clerical duties of the nursing unit, is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting cardiac rhythms of patients on Telemetry.

Required Qualifications:

• Dysrhythmia class and passes exam within six (6) months of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 6 months of general clerical experience or successful completion of Ward Clerk/Unit Secretary training program.
