Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department. The role ensures the facility, equipment, and grounds are safe, compliant, and well-kept to support resident care and safety. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems, and manage vendor relationships and capital projects.
