Finance Operations Analyst

Job Description The Financial Operations Analyst will support the financial and business operations of a large, complex organization by leveraging strong finance knowledge, business acumen, advanced Excel capabilities, and an understanding of AI tools. This role is ideal for a motivated professional early in their career who is eager to contribute to financial processes, data analysis, and operational efficiency through innovative technologies. Preferred Skills Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, Excel and SharePoint. Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., VBA, Python) to support automation initiatives. Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI use in financial contexts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in financial operations, finance, or business analysis roles, preferably within a large or complex organization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis tools, and automation capabilities. Familiarity with AI tools relevant to finance and business operations, such as AI-driven analytics platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), or AI-enhanced reporting tools. Solid understanding of financial principles, business processes, and operational workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
