Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to support borrowers throughout the mortgage process. This role involves helping clients understand their financing options, guiding them through applications, and ensuring files move smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our processing and underwriting teams to deliver accurate, timely, and well‑communicated loan experiences. Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance in all communications and activities. Requirements Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or related financial services. Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting fundamentals. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to build professional relationships through education and service—not through incentives or referral arrangements.
