Assistant Store Manager Position available at various locations including Check Into Cash, West Allis, WI. Compensation Hourly: $18.00 – $40.00 (varies by location). Annual salary: $47,500.00 (where applicable). Employment Type Full‑time. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in building and leading a high‑performing team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide a white‑glove service. Execute store policies, ensure compliance, and maintain operational standards. Manage daily store operations, sales, customer service, and store appearance. Assist in supervising day‑to‑day activities and oversee store during manager’s absence. Support the execution of operational strategy to optimize store performance, focusing on revenue growth. Collaborate with the District Manager in self‑storage locations to support daily operations. Ensure store inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards. Qualifications 1–3 years leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Desire and capability to grow within the company. Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
