You'll tackle a wide variety of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):Professionally interacting with customers, informing them about our products, and accurately preparing/wrapping/bagging ordered itemsHanding out samples and recommending additional products to increase salesMaking sure all activities (yours and your team's) comply with food safety and sanitation standardsCashing out customers and using our point-of-sale systemCoaching team members, providing training as needed, and sending people home when we're over-staffedRotating products to maximize freshness and minimize food wasteCleaning, dusting, and organizing the merchandise and displaysPreparing special orders and party traysProviding amazing customer service and jumping in to help other team members wherever neededOver the years, we have expanded to a bakery, full-service restaurant, bar, and retail liquor store.
