Cannabis Dispensary Shift Lead: Sales & Service

C3 Industries

C3 Industries is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service at our Ann Arbor area location. You will guide customers through product selections, manage cash and POS tasks, and support daily store activities.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. This position emphasizes regulatory knowledge and team leadership.
