We are looking for a Chef/Cook to join our small operation and help us grow. This role supports breakfast service from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., including weekends and some weekdays, preparing breakfast sandwiches, burritos, pancakes, and other menu items.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast menu items, including sandwiches, burritos, and pancakes
- Assemble food accurately and efficiently
- Prepare ingredients for service
- Operate the grill during breakfast service
- Present food attractively
- Track inventory levels
- Store food properly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with breakfast cookery
- Short-order cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time-management skills
