Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to determine each patient's physical condition and functional capabilities, employing standardized assessment tools and methods.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with assessed needs, utilizing advanced modalities and hands-on techniques.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote pain relief, improve strength, and enhance mobility.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, ergonomic practices, and home exercises aimed at injury prevention and rehabilitation success.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans based on response to therapy and functional goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Keep thorough documentation of treatment procedures, outcomes, and patient interactions, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.

Compensation and Benefits
