We pride ourselves on doing this through leading by example, and our passion for excellence is derived from a lifetime dedication to learning and a commitment to true hospitality.Hand Cut Chophouse Nashville is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team!We're searching for a candidate who can:Support and manage the restaurant's daily operations, including front and back of house.Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service and food quality.Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring efficient coverage.Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and engagement.Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness regulations are followed in accordance with company policies and local laws.Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure an excellent dining experience.Support inventory management and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain adequate supplies.Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, to optimize profitability.Other duties as assigned.
