Quick Facts Location: Russellville, AR (1808 West Main Street) Start Date: 01/01/2026 Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8 am – 4 pm (1-hour lunch); Call 1:4, Weekend coverage Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am Hours/week: 40+ hours (variable with call) Employment Type: PRN/Per diem License/Certs: Active Arkansas medical license, PALS, fetal monitoring certification, Quality Letter (for IMLC providers) Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $1.00/hour (note: pay details to be discussed upon application) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN clinic care in a busy outpatient setting Assist with patient assessments, prenatal care, and gynecologic services Participate in weekend and overnight call coverage Support in-house lab testing, ultrasound procedures, and non-stress tests (NST) Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and in-house staff for comprehensive patient care Ensure fetal monitoring and PALS protocols are followed during hospital visits Document patient encounters accurately and follow facility protocols What You Need Active Arkansas medical license and certifications including PALS and fetal monitoring Prior OB/GYN practice experience (at least 2+ years preferred) Ability to take call and work flexible hours Strong communication and team collaboration skills No CNMs required for hospital duties; NP assistance available About the Assignment This assignment offers a dynamic OB/GYN practice at a reputable facility in Russellville, AR.
