• Duration: Ongoing, with potential for extension
• Shift: Clinic Schedule: Mon-Thu, 8am-4pm (1-hour lunch); Call: 1:4 overnight and weekend coverage
• Hours/week: Approximately 32 hours (clinic) plus call shifts
• Employment Type: Contract / Per diem
• Licenses/Certs: Arkansas Medical License; PALS; Fetal Monitoring Certification required; Quality Letter for IMLC providers
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience required, applicable to both clinic and hospital settings

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient OB/GYN care in a busy clinic setting
• Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 ratio)
• Assist with in-house lab testing, ultrasounds, and non-stress tests (NSTs)
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
• Ensure compliance with fetal monitoring and PALS certification requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient interactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient outcomes and clinic operations

What You Need:

• Valid Arkansas medical license
• PALS and fetal monitoring certifications
• Previous obstetrics and gynecology experience
• Ability to handle telephonic and on-site call responsibilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
