Quick Facts : Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing contract Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8 am – 4 pm (with 1-hour lunch); Call 1:4, Weekend coverage Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am Hours/week: 40+ Employment Type: Contract/Locum License/Certs: Arkansas Medical License, PALS, Fetal Monitoring Certification Experience: Prior OB-GYN clinical experience required Pay & Benefits : Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with state, federal, and local laws 24/7 dedicated team support for your success What You’ll Do : Provide outpatient OB-GYN clinical care at a busy clinic Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage Conduct prenatal visits, gynecological exams, and family planning services Perform fetal monitoring and non-stress tests (NST) on-site Assist with ultrasound procedures and in-house labs Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other staff to deliver quality patient care Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently What You Need : Required : Arkansas Medical License or eligibility PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification Fetal Monitoring certification 2+ years of OB-GYN clinical experience Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and overnight call Preferred : Experience with ultrasound and lab procedures Previous clinic or hospital-based OB-GYN practice About the Assignment : Join a prominent healthcare facility in Russellville, Arkansas, committed to providing exceptional OB-GYN care.
