Responsibilities Lead and manage all back‑of‑house operations, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company policies. Direct the activities of hourly associates to maintain high standards of food quality and service. Implement purchasing and cost controls, and take corrective action when necessary. Ensure that all made‑from‑scratch foods meet specifications and are prepared safely. Perform administrative and accounting duties in accordance with company policy. Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to back‑of‑house staff to foster leadership and vision. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications 2‑3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required; current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements.
