Position Overview

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, support recovery, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

What You’ll Do

1. Deliver patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
2. Monitor residents, track changes in condition, and document accurately
3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
4. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy teams to support care plans
5. Educate residents and families
6. Maintain clear, compliant documentation in EMR
7. Assist with supervision and support of CNAs
8. Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

1. Active LPN license (state of employment)
2. New grads welcome; experience in LTC or rehab preferred
3. Strong clinical and communication skills
4. Team-oriented mindset with a resident-first approach
5. BLS/CPR required
