Job Overview:

Pay Range: $22.00hr - $23.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Ability to perform data entry and error resolution in existing participant cases to ensure compliance.
• Ability to open new cases and verify appointments.
• Ability to file paper and electronic documents.
• Ability to assist with and create authorizations for service.
• Ability to send communications via email and US Mail.
• Ability to perform mail clerk duties including processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ability to monitor office supply inventory.
• Ability to perform reception duties including answering phones and greeting participants.
• Ability to answer general questions regarding organizational services.
• Ability to take on other reasonable administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an office assistant for the counseling staff to assist with clerical tasks.
• Ensure compliance through data entry and error resolution in participant cases.
• Manage the opening of new cases and verification of appointments.
• Maintain filing systems for both paper and electronic documentation.
• Create and assist with service authorizations.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory levels.
• Provide reception coverage by answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding the organization's services.
