Contract Logistics Sales Director - Transpacific (Americas - Asia)

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Contract Logistics sales leader to aggressively grow our U.S. warehousing and integrated supply chain solutions business. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with an extensive industry network, strong commercial acumen, and a consistent track record of securing large-scale logistics contracts and driving sustainable revenue growth.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Contract Logistics Sales professional to expand our U.S. warehousing, distribution, and integrated logistics business. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong industry network and a track record of consistently winning new contract logistics opportunities and generating new revenue growth.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to identify, develop, and secure warehousing and supply chain solutions for customers across multiple industries.

■ Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and secure new Contract Logistics business opportunities across the U.S. market
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and implementation
• Develop and execute territory and customer acquisition strategies focused on warehousing, distribution, and value-added logistics services
• Identify and penetrate key verticals including automotive, industrial, retail, consumer goods, electronics, and e-commerce
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, gross profit, and volume targets
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and negotiate commercial terms for warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and integrated logistics solutions
• Develop customized supply chain solutions aligned with customer operational and commercial requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, transportation, and regional teams to deliver scalable logistics solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM reporting
• Own all sales-related systems, data, and performance reporting to ensure accountability and business transparency
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for existing and target accounts
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities within the contract logistics industry
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and high-level commercial negotiations

■ Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, or Supply Chain Solutions sales
• Proven track record of consistently winning new business and generating profitable revenue growth
• Strong industry network within the U.S. contract logistics and supply chain market
• Deep understanding of warehousing operations, distribution networks, fulfillment, transportation, and value-added services
• Experience selling multi-site warehousing and integrated supply chain solutions
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex logistics agreements and long-term contracts
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality
• Experience leading large-scale RFP/RFQ opportunities and solution design initiatives preferred

■ Basic Salary

USD 140,000 ~ 160,000 / year

■ Sales Commission

This role offers a competitive base salary along with a performance-driven incentive plan tied to revenue growth and profitability. High performers have the opportunity to earn commissions of up to 2 times their annual base salary.
