You will build and lead the sales team, define the sales process, and personally close mid-market and enterprise accounts including multichannel brands and 3PL providers.What You'll DoOwn the North America revenue target and quarterly forecastRecruit, coach and manage BDSRs and account executivesBuild repeatable outbound and inbound sales processesPersonally lead enterprise and 3PL deals from discovery through closePartner with marketing on campaigns, pricing and positioningMaintain accurate pipeline and reporting in the CRMWhat We're Looking For7+ years in B2B sales with 2+ years leading a teamProven record closing SaaS deals with e-commerce brands, retailers or 3PLsStrong understanding of e-commerce operations, shipping or fulfillmentExcellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skillsWillingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetingsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive base plus commissionLeadership role with equity potentialHealth benefitsHigh-growth environment
