About The Role
We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue growth in North America. You will build and lead the sales team, define the sales process, and personally close mid-market and enterprise accounts including multichannel brands and 3PL providers.
What You'll Do
- Own the North America revenue target and quarterly forecast
- Recruit, coach and manage BDSRs and account executives
- Build repeatable outbound and inbound sales processes
- Personally lead enterprise and 3PL deals from discovery through close
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, pricing and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in the CRM
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B sales with 2+ years leading a team
- Proven record closing SaaS deals with e-commerce brands, retailers or 3PLs
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, shipping or fulfillment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings
