This individual will partner with other NTT DATA leaders and internal solutions and support organizations to execute the sales strategy focused on growing market share in this market vertical. Located in the East Leader should be familiar with provider market trends, demonstrate deep healthcare provider domain experience and able to leverage technology and strategic consulting to deliver value and outcomes to clients.Responsibilities:Help grow the Healthcare Provider Practice by developing and executing go-to-market strategy.Coach and promote continuous development of the Sales Executive teamGenerate, contribute, track and manage new sales and account plan formulationEngage interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure successful workflow process and supportAct as senior resource to Sales Executive team to include meeting with prospective, existing and former clients to assist with sales process when neededPromote solution-selling, value add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish “business partner” relationships at customer’s C-SuiteManage sales tracking, attainment of sales goals and reporting of sales goals and resultsPromote an entrepreneur, hunting sales environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognitionAdditional Requirements:Must be located in the Eastern region of the United States.Should be familiar with provider market trends and demonstrate deep healthcare provider domain experience.Should be able to leverage technology and strategic consulting to deliver value and outcomes to clients.10+ years calling into Healthcare Providers (Hospitals) at National Regional organizations.15 plus years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience to include specific leadership responsibilities (hire, measure, develop, etc.)Relationship/Experience in selling to North America based Health Provider organizations.Background in developing and successfully managing sales organization strategy resulting in enhanced market penetration and increase market shareExperience building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV more than $500MDemonstrate a history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals focused on demonstrating value-add solutions across customer’s enterprisePosition requires travelBasic Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience to include specific leadership responsibilitiesMinimum 10 years’ experience in Health Provider.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
