Software Guidance Assistance
Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on Workday engineering experience with a history of independently driving complex work from start to finish.
- Strong practical knowledge of Workday configuration and integrations in a production setting.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend for developing custom applications on the Workday platform.
- Ability to work as a self-starter, evaluate ambiguous requests, recommend an approach, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- End-to-end custom software development experience in Java and/or Python.
- AI-forward working style, including regular use of AI-assisted development tools and automation opportunities.
- Workday AI experience, such as Workday AI features or AI Gateway, is a plus.
- AWS or other cloud platform experience is preferred.
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Configure, develop, and support solutions across our Workday HCM platform.
- Design and implement Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services for inbound and outbound data flows.
- Extend the platform through custom development and automation that reduces manual work.
- Use AI tools, including coding assistants, agentic workflows, and LLMs, to speed up delivery and automate routine tasks.
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code while helping uphold engineering standards and SDLC practices.
