Duties
You will develop matrices and reports to determine the effectiveness of training within an assigned technical area in the Engineering and Planning Department.
You will establish key performance measures for providing feedback and continuously improve training in the Engineering and Planning Department.
You will develop and maintain the curriculum for an assigned technical area in the Engineering and Planning Department.
You will provide feedback on projected funding needs associated with training within a specific technical area in the Engineering and Planning Department.
You will provide support for the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process for new hires/transfers in the Engineering and Planning Department.
