Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tax engagements and client relationships
- Review complex business and individual tax returns
- Lead and mentor tax staff
- Manage engagement budgets, workflow, and deadlines
- Serve as a key advisor to clients on tax matters
- Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Experience serving privately held businesses and individual clients
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
